FRB Partner Moish E. Peltz, Esq. was identified as an INTA Rising Star this month, in recognition of his contributions to the International Trademark Association (INTA) Emerging Issues Committee and Blockchain Subcommittee and his contributions to INTA’s NFT Whitepaper.

INTA’s Rising Star program was launched late last year to identify and cultivate future leaders and contributors to the intellectual property (IP) profession.

Moish chairs the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group and co-chairs the firm’s Emerging Technology & Blockchain Practice Group. Moish’s recognition by INTA is for his work at the intersection of IP & Blockchain.
