In 2018, a small group of like-minded colleagues, and yes, friends came together to create a better experience for clients and the attorneys who serve them. We wanted to provide a more comprehensive offering of services to help our clients not only remedy legal problems but proactively think about each company’s success.

Since then, we have grown to over seventy attorneys with offices on the East and West coasts.

We like working together, plain and simple. With that, we remain very selective about whom we hire. And of critical importance: We must all get along and enjoy practicing together.
