In 2018, a small group of like-minded colleagues, and yes, friends came together to create a better experience for clients and the attorneys who serve them. We like working together, plain and simple. 

We wanted to provide a more comprehensive offering of services to help our clients not only remedy legal problems but proactively think about each company’s success.

Since then, we have grown to over 50 attorneys with offices on the east and west coasts. We remain very selective about whom we hire. And of critical importance: We must all get along and enjoy practicing together. 

At FRB, we value every team member’s input and ideas. This helps us solve every client matter with an eye on securing their future. 

We offer uncommon mentoring, marketing, and business development training. We all get involved because, well, that is just how we roll. We don’t have a rigid partnership track. Rather we help our attorneys grow and develop and once they are ready, partnership is available to them.
