Moish Peltz Speaks at BCW’s AI Alliance 360° Impact Summit
Apr 01, 2026
On March 23rd, FRB Co-Managing Partner Moish Peltz presented at the Business Council of Westchester's (BCW) AI Alliance 360° Impact Summit in Armonk, New York. This summit brought together business, legal, and community leaders to explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping industries, workflows, and decision-making.
On the panel "Redefining Markets, the Competitive Advantage and the Way We Work," Moish shared his perspective on where AI is headed and how businesses can stay ahead of the curve. The panelists explored the rapidly evolving AI landscape and the growing need for organizations to move beyond passive adoption. Throughout the conversation, the panel examined how businesses are rethinking internal processes, using AI more strategically, and balancing innovation with sound governance.
During the discussion, Moish spoke about the risks of "shadow AI," referring to situations in which employees use public AI tools for company work without oversight or clear internal policies. As these technologies become more common in the workplace, he emphasized the importance of organizations taking a proactive, organization-wide approach to responsible AI use through training, governance, and cross-functional engagement. Moish's comments underscored a central theme of the summit: that successful AI adoption requires more than experimentation, it requires structure, accountability, and thoughtful implementation across the organization.
FRB was proud to be part of this important conversation and to contribute to the broader dialogue around how AI is transforming the way businesses operate and compete. We are grateful to the organizers, sponsors, and fellow panelists who made the summit such a thoughtful and engaging program.
