Falcon Rappaport & Berkman was proud to celebrate Co-Managing Partner Kenneth Falcon and Susan Falcon as Gala Honorees at SIBSPlace’s 2026 Arts After Dark Gala, held at The Seawane Club in Hewlett Harbor.

The annual event brought together more than 200 supporters for an evening dedicated to SIBSPlace and the children and families it serves. This year’s gala marked the organization’s 26th anniversary and raised a record-breaking more than $425,000 to help keep its therapeutic programs free and accessible to families in need.

“Susie and I are incredibly honored to be recognized by an organization that means so much to us,” said Kenneth Falcon. “SIBSPlace provides children and families with something truly invaluable during extraordinarily difficult times: a place where they feel supported, understood, and cared for. We are grateful to everyone who continues to make that possible.”

SIBSPlace, or Survivorship in Brothers and Sisters, provides free therapeutic support to children coping with a sibling or parent facing cancer or another serious illness, as well as children grieving the loss of a parent or sibling. Its programs give children a safe environment to express their feelings, process difficult experiences, develop coping skills, and connect with others navigating similar circumstances.

As longtime supporters of SIBSPlace, Ken and Susie were recognized for their continued commitment to the organization, its mission, and the broader Long Island community. Falcon Rappaport & Berkman was also proud to serve as a sponsor of the evening.

“What makes SIBSPlace so special is the sense of community and understanding it creates for children and families during some of the hardest moments of their lives,” said Susan Falcon. “It means so much to us to support an organization that makes sure these families know they do not have to navigate those experiences alone.”

One of the most moving parts of the gala was hearing directly from parents whose families have benefited from SIBSPlace’s services. Their stories offered a powerful reminder of the impact that compassionate, specialized support can have and why ensuring these programs remain accessible is so important.

The evening also featured live entertainment, dinner, silent and live auctions, and the presentation of the Helene Wrenn Memorial Award to Dr. Arti Datta, founding artistic director of Mudra Dance Studio and president of The Mudra Foundation: Art for a Cause.

We are grateful to SIBSPlace, its leadership, volunteers, sponsors, and everyone who helped make the 2026 Arts After Dark Gala such a successful and meaningful evening. Most importantly, we are proud to support an organization whose work continues to provide children and families with connection, understanding, and care when they need it most.
