FRB Represents $6.45M Acquisition of Historic ‘Manhattan Building’ on Long Island

Falcon Rappaport & Berkman is pleased to announce that our Real Estate Practice Group recently represented Atlantic Garden Realty Group in the acquisition of the iconic "Manhattan Building" at 200-212 Sunrise Highway in Rockville Centre, New York.

Atlantic Garden Realty Group, a Garden City-based family-run commercial real estate investment firm, closed on the three-story, 18,810-square-foot mixed-use property for $6.45 million. The fully occupied building, originally constructed in 1935, features eight two-bedroom apartments, six retail spaces, and office space.

FRB attorneys assisted with the transaction from due diligence through closing, delivering the seamless legal counsel that FRB's real estate clients have come to rely on for complex mixed-use acquisitions across Long Island and New York City.
