Professional Experience
Dennis W. Lind, Esq. is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities and Real Estate Practice Groups. Dennis’ practice encompasses a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including business formation and structuring, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, joint ventures, securities transactions, and corporate compliance.
In addition to Corporate & Securities matters, Dennis’ practice also focuses on residential real estate transactions and the acquisition, sale, financing, and leasing of commercial properties.
While in law school, Dennis served as a Research Editor on Volume 52 of the Hofstra Law Review and as a member of the Dean’s Student Advisory Counsel.
