Last modified: November 5, 2026
Frblaw.com (the “Website”) is provided by Falcon Rappaport & Berkman LLP, a New York limited liability partnership (“FRB,” the “Firm,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). The Website is offered for informational purposes only. By accessing or using the Website, you (“you” or “User”) accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, available at https://frblaw.com/privacy-policy/, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Website.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Website.
- Acceptance of These Terms.
- By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, are of legal age to form a binding contract, and meet all eligibility requirements set forth herein. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the Website.
- These Terms incorporate by reference the following documents, each of which forms part of the agreement between you and FRB:
- Our Privacy Policy, available at https://frblaw.com/privacy-policy/; and
- Our Attorney Advertising Disclaimer, available at https://frblaw.com/attorney-advertising/.
- Changes to These Terms.
- We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
- You are expected to check this page from time to time to be aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
- We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Website, and any service or material we provide on the Website, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
- No Attorney-Client Relationship.
- The information on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. The information on the Website is not provided in the course of an attorney-client relationship and is not intended to substitute for legal advice from an attorney licensed in your jurisdiction.
- Your visit to any portion of the Website, including the submission of information through any contact or inquiry form, does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and any attorney affiliated with FRB. Attorney-client privilege may apply only after an attorney has determined that there is no conflict of interest and you have expressly retained the attorney pursuant to a written engagement agreement.
- You must execute a written engagement agreement with FRB before any legal services will be provided to you. Before we take on a new engagement, we must communicate with you about the fees to be charged, and our legal services may be conducted at an hourly rate.
- The hiring of a lawyer is an important decision that should not be based solely upon advertisements. Before you decide, ask us to send you free, written information about the qualifications and experience of our attorneys.
- Every matter and every case is different, and each client’s case must be evaluated and handled on its own merits. We do not guarantee results.
- Attorney Advertising.
- The Website and its contents may be considered attorney advertising or law firm marketing in certain jurisdictions. The attorneys at FRB are admitted to practice in various United States jurisdictions, including New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, Texas, and the District of Columbia. [FRB to confirm full list of jurisdictions of attorney admission.]
- Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Any testimonials, case results, or client reviews displayed on the Website are not a guarantee, warranty, or prediction regarding the outcome of your legal matter.
- Website Contents and Intellectual Property
- The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by FRB, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

- If you print, copy, modify, download, or otherwise use or provide any other person with access to any part of the Website in breach of these Terms, your right to use the Website will stop immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
