FRB Managing Partner Kenneth J. Falcon Honored with LIBN’s 40 Under Forty Award

This prestigious award celebrates young professionals whose achievements in their fields and contributions to their community distinguish them among their peers.

As managing partner of FRB, Ken has guided the firm’s growth from a team of nine attorneys in 2018 to nearly 70 attorneys and more than 100 total staff across a variety of locations including Rockville Centre, New York City, Westchester, California, and Florida. His visionary leadership has driven rapid expansion and adaptability, guiding the firm through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and establishing FRB as a leading full-service law firm.

Ken’s influence also extends beyond the firm. Known for his expertise in law firm governance and operational efficiency, he actively advises other firms, sharing his insights on building efficient, client-centered practices and promoting best practices across the industry. His contributions to the community are equally significant, serving as co-president of the Elias A. Cohen Foundation, Inc. and as a board member of The Tranquility Endowment Fund, Inc. He is committed to giving back through pro bono initiatives and local charitable work, positively impacting the Long Island community.
