Bart J. Eagle Joins Falcon Rappaport & Berkman’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group

Falcon Rappaport & Berkman (FRB) is pleased to announce that Bart J. Eagle has joined the firm as a Partner in the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Bart brings more than 25 years of significant experience in commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution, further enhancing the firm's capabilities in representing businesses and individuals across complex legal disputes. 

Bart's extensive background includes handling intricate cases involving commercial financing, business acquisitions, shareholder and partnership conflicts, licensing and distribution matters, employment disputes, contract claims, securities fraud actions, and insurance coverage issues. His deep expertise will significantly bolster FRB’s capacity to handle high-stakes litigation matters efficiently and effectively. 

Additionally, Bart has a strong reputation as a neutral and arbitrator, serving in several high-profile positions, including at the American Arbitration Association, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court. His involvement in mediation trainings and active leadership within various bar association committees solidifies his prominence in the field of dispute resolution.
