Joshua is an Office Administrator at FRB. Joshua's primary responsibility is processing documents after clients come in to sign their Estate Planning documents. He also scans documents that are dropped off by clients so that the paralegals and attorneys can view them easily. Additionally, Joshua drafts cover letters for correspondences going to clients or other attorneys, among many other things. With a customer service background, Joshua is trained in MAGIC (making a great impression on the customer.) He is skilled with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and frequently helps people with these programs when they are having trouble. Joshua is mostly self-taught and has created Macros in Word to automate the generation of Estate Planning document drafts, with no prior knowledge of how to do Macros in Word.

Predhiman S. Jadon received his Bachelors of Law (B.A., LL.B.) from Amity University, School of Law. Born and raised in India, he has worked with prominent legal practitioners and leading tax professionals. Mr. Jadon went on to earn his Masters of Laws (LL.M.) in Business and Finance with a concentration in Taxation Law from George Washington University Law School, in Washington D.C.
Predhiman’s practice area concentrates in Financial Planning, Corporate Taxation, Income Tax Planning, general business planning, and estates and trust planning. His curriculum at GWU consisted of a wide range of transactional courses, including an advanced course in tax policy and corporate taxation.
