Joshua is an Office Administrator at FRB. Joshua's primary responsibility is processing documents after clients come in to sign their Estate Planning documents. He also scans documents that are dropped off by clients so that the paralegals and attorneys can view them easily. Additionally, Joshua drafts cover letters for correspondences going to clients or other attorneys, among many other things. With a customer service background, Joshua is trained in MAGIC (making a great impression on the customer.) He is skilled with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and frequently helps people with these programs when they are having trouble. Joshua is mostly self-taught and has created Macros in Word to automate the generation of Estate Planning document drafts, with no prior knowledge of how to do Macros in Word.

With a strong foundation in legal procedures and a client-centered approach, she plays a vital role in preparing cases for filing with the Courts, processing through all Court stages, and Trial work.

In the estate litigation arena, Sara assists with matters involving planning, administration, and litigation. She is well-versed in probate rules, court filings, and managing complex documentation related to estate accounts and fiduciary responsibilities.

In general litigation, Sara supports a wide range of matters, including commercial and civil disputes, negligence claims, and professional liability matters. From drafting pleadings and affidavits to organizing discovery and trial preparation, Sara ensures every case progresses efficiently and thoroughly.

Known for her analytical mindset and meticulous organization, Sara is a valued member of the litigation team, working closely with lawyers and clients to deliver high-quality legal support and compassionate service.
