Mark Grossman Joins Falcon Rappaport & Berkman LLP as Partner in Corporate & Securities Practice
Falcon Rappaport & Berkman LLP (FRB) proudly announces that Mark Grossman, Esq. has joined the firm as a Partner in its Corporate & Securities Practice Group, enhancing the firm’s capacity to advise on high-stakes business, technology, and outsourcing matters.
Mark is a nationally recognized technology and business attorney, arbitrator, and entrepreneur. Over the course of his distinguished career, Mark has represented industry leaders such as AvisBudget, General Electric, ExxonMobil, Warner Music, Carnival Cruise Lines, Publix Supermarkets, Burger King, BankAtlantic, and Levi Strauss Co.
He has negotiated and closed over $1 billion in deals, including a $200+ million transaction with IBM and global powerhouses such as General Motors, Verizon, American Express, Amazon Web Services, HP, Oracle, Fox News, and ESPN. His clients have ranged from Fortune 10 companies to middle-market innovators, across sectors including technology, digital media, and finance.
With decades of experience at the intersection of law, tech, and strategy, Mark’s practice spans a wide array of complex transactional work — including software licensing, SaaS and cloud services, outsourcing agreements, AI governance, data privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. He is also a trusted advisor on corporate transactions, M&A, venture capital, and securities law.
“Having closed more than a billion dollars in technology and business deals, Mark brings a rare combination of legal insight, commercial savvy, and industry experience that will immediately benefit our clients,” said Moish Peltz, Co-Managing Partner at FRB. “His arrival reinforces our commitment to offering sophisticated, cross-disciplinary counsel that meets the demands of today’s dynamic business environment.”
Mark’s entrepreneurial credentials further set him apart. As co-founder of Eisenworld (later Apptimum), he helped develop groundbreaking PC migration software for enterprises, which attracted institutional capital, and Microsoft ultimately acquired the company. He also co-founded Boldstreak, a social media talent agency, which a larger competitor acquired. These experiences give Mark a deep appreciation for the strategic and legal challenges entrepreneurs face.
“Joining this entrepreneurial and fast-growing firm excites me,” said Grossman. “After years running my own boutique practice focused on technology and outsourcing, I’m thrilled to bring a full-service platform to my clients. What I’ve already discovered is that FRB isn’t just a law firm — it’s a team of smart, driven professionals committed to building meaningful, collaborative solutions. The synergies have exceeded my expectations.”
A two-time recipient of Best Lawyers’ “Lawyer of the Year” award for Technology Law in New York City (2016, 2018), Mark has also been recognized repeatedly as a Super Lawyer. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, and is admitted to practice in both New York and Florida.
