FRB’s Moish Peltz Presents to the World Intellectual Property Organization
On November 23, FRB Partner Moish E. Peltz, Esq. presented an overview of the International Trademark Association (INTA)'s NFT White Paper to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO)'s Committee on WIPO Standards.
As a member of INTA’s Emerging Issues Committee and Blockchain Subcommittee, Moish and the NFT White Paper Leadership Team outlined INTA’s NFT White Paper to the WIPO Committee during its Tenth Session. INTA’s NFT White Paper overviews key legal implications for blockchain and NFTs, and makes several recommendations, such as trademark filings and best practices, infringement and enforcement, intellectual property principles for blockchain, and more.
