Business Council of Westchester Names Moish Peltz a 2025 Rising Star – 40 Under 40

This distinguished recognition honors professionals under 40 who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and commitment to the Westchester business community.

Moish’s selection for this year’s class follows having been elevated to Co-Managing Partner of FRB. In this role, he shares responsibility for steering the firm’s growth, innovation, and strategic direction. As a longtime presence in the Westchester and New York business communities, Moish has played a key role in expanding FRB’s capabilities in the fast-evolving areas of emerging technologies and intellectual property.

An awards reception will take place at Million Air White Plains on Tuesday, September 16th, 2025, bringing together a distinguished group of business leaders and professionals to celebrate this year’s honorees.
