Matthew E. Rappaport Receives NBI’s 2025 Outstanding Faculty Award

Falcon Rappaport & Berkman is proud to announce that Matthew E. Rappaport has been selected as a 2025 Outstanding Faculty Award recipient by the National Business Institute (NBI). NBI is one of the nation's leading providers of continuing legal education, offering thousands of programs annually to attorneys across all 50 states. This award recognizes faculty members who make exceptional contributions to NBI’s continuing legal education programs. 

Matthew is a frequent NBI presenter known for delivering clear, practical guidance on topics where tax, trusts and estates, and real estate law intersect. He has led NBI programs this year on various topics, including: 

At FRB, Matthew serves as Vice-Managing Partner and Chair of the Taxation and Private Client Practice Groups and advises clients on tax planning, structuring, and compliance for commercial real estate projects, closely held businesses, private equity funds, family offices, and trusts and estates matters. His ability to translate complex legal and tax concepts into actionable guidance-both in his client work and his CLE teaching-reflects our firm’s commitment to practical, results-oriented counsel.
