Recently, our Real Estate Practice Group was pleased to represent Atlantic Garden Realty Group in the $6.45 million acquisition of the iconic "Manhattan Building" in Rockville Centre, NY, led by FRB Partner Bruce Klein, Senior Counsel Cindy Hamada, and Associate Dennis Lind.
