Professional Experience

Samantha focuses her practice in the area of commercial litigation. Prior to joining FRB, Samantha was a Law Clerk with Jeffrey S. Schecter and Associates, PC. Previously she began her career as a Legal Intern at Touro College Office of General Council.

While at Hofstra, she was the Managing Editor of Articles for Hofstra’s Family Court Review. Her work, discussing various state surrogacy laws and the need for a uniform federal law, was published in the January 2018 edition of Hofstra’s Family Court Review. Samantha was the recipient of the First Year Excellence in Civil Procedure II.
