Professional Experience
Jason Goldfarb specializes in and manages our firm’s infrastructure practice, navigating contracts, investment, deployment, and management of electric vehicle charging, telecommunications, solar, wind, power storage, and outdoor advertising infrastructure assets. Our infrastructure practice places particular emphasis on companies in the EV ecosystem that concentrate on parking, mobility, multi-family, commercial, and fleet operations. Jason is a nationally recognized subject matter expert, thought leader, author, lecturer, podcaster, and news contributor (featured on CNBC, Law 360, JD Supra, etc.) in the world of electric vehicles and EV infrastructure.
Jason earned his wings from the incubator of wireless telecommunications, where he has worked for companies that have owned, managed, developed, built, bought, sold, and invested in billions of dollars of infrastructure assets. He has managed thousands of wireless assets for some of the largest telecom companies in the country, he’s directed construction and upgrades for thousands of cell phone towers and rooftop sites in major metropolitan markets, and he has handled infrastructure acquisitions representing hundreds of millions of dollars of investments.
Jason has extensive experience drafting and negotiating contracts and transactional agreements, with expertise in leases, licenses, easements, amendments, title, due diligence, and surveys, and advises clients seeking guidance on corporate matters and business structuring.
Our infrastructure practice works with companies in various phases of growth, from early-stage start-ups and beyond. Our team serves as outside general counsel to start-ups and established businesses alike, offering access to thought leaders like Jason in numerous areas of professional practice. FRB acts as a “one-stop-shop” for our infrastructure clients, advising on matters such as capital raising, business structuring, commercial contracts, employment, due diligence, tax, real estate, financing, and compliance, as well as legal issues relating to day-to-day business operations.
