His corporate and business practice includes counseling clients on entity formation, governance, financing, mergers, acquisitions, asset transactions, and general commercial agreements. Bill is also experienced in litigation, effectively representing clients in civil trials involving commercial and contract disputes. Additionally, he advises not-for-profit organizations on entity formation, governance structures, funding strategies, administration, and operational management.

Bill earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bates College. He is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in New York and Connecticut.
