Bill’s well-rounded expertise spans multiple practice areas. He advises clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, and financing. In trusts and estates, he provides sophisticated estate planning solutions and skilled guidance in trust and estate administration. His corporate and business practice includes counseling clients on entity formation, governance, financing, mergers, acquisitions, asset transactions, and general commercial agreements. Bill is also experienced in litigation, effectively representing clients in civil trials involving commercial and contract disputes. Additionally, he advises not-for-profit organizations on entity formation, governance structures, funding strategies, administration, and operational management.

Bill earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bates College. He is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in New York and Connecticut.

Fluent in French, Bill also dedicates time to pro bono work, serving on advisory boards of nonprofit organizations dedicated to supporting New York City’s disadvantaged youth.
