Professional Experience
Taylor is an associate attorney in Falcon Rappaport and Berkman’s Estate Administration and Elder Law Practice Groups. Taylor’s legal practice focuses on probate and administration of estates, as well as complex Medicaid eligibility and Article 81 guardianship proceedings.
During her time in law school, Taylor participated in the Hofstra-Northwell Medical Legal Partnership. Taylor also worked in the Robert W. Entenmann Veterans Law Clinic where she advocated for discharge classification upgrades for veterans with other-than-honorable discharges from the military.
Taylor is accredited by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs to assist veterans in applying for Veterans Aid & Attendance benefits.
