Professional Experience

Simon Uritsky is an Associate in FRB’s Digital Assets Practice Group. Simon’s practice focuses on the intersection of law and disruptive innovation, with a specialized emphasis on cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, artificial intelligence, and early-stage startups. He rejoined the firm in late 2025 having previously served as a legal clerk early in his career.

Before returning to FRB, Simon’s experiences included working for a web3 infrastructure company and consulting for private equity firms and family offices, assisting them in developing and executing digital asset and blockchain strategies.

While attending the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Simon served as the Blockchain Chair of the Startup Law Society. He also participated in Cardozo’s Tech Startup Clinic, where he assisted emerging companies with corporate formation and commercial transactions.
