Professional Experience
Sasha Unger is an attorney in the Private Client Practice Group of Falcon Rappaport & Berkman LLP (FRB). Sasha’s legal practice focuses on estate and succession planning, including Wills and Trusts. Sasha also works closely with FRB’s Taxation Group assisting with structuring of trusts & estates.
In her final year of law school, Sasha was a Pro Bono Scholar. As a Pro Bono Scholar, Sasha spent 12 weeks providing pro bono services at NYLAG. Sasha was also a research editor on the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal.
In addition to estate planning and tax law matters, Sasha’s interests include the practice surrounding emerging technologies, with a focus on the intersection of cryptocurrency and succession planning.
