Professional Experience

Megan Wilson is an attorney in the Taxation Practice Group of Falcon Rappaport & Berkman. She focuses her practice on tax controversy matters, representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service and various state revenue agencies. Her tax planning practice focuses on Section 1031 exchanges and partnership reorganizations.

Prior to joining FRB, Megan worked for Bloomberg Industry Group as a tax law analyst primarily editing transfer pricing and competent authority portfolios. Before that, she worked for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel where she was in the Procedure and Administration division.

While in law school, she participated in the Alvin L. Storrs Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, where she represented clients in tax controversy issues before the Michigan Department of Treasury and the IRS. She was also an editor on the Michigan State University College of Law International Law Review.
