Kyle focuses his practice in Elder Law and Estate Litigation & Contested Accountings overseeing Article 81 Guardianship proceedings, estate litigation, and contested accounting matters.
He manages Article 81 Guardianship proceedings from initial investigations through trial preparation, hearings, and contested matters, handling all aspects, including petitions, accountings, and post judgment motion pracitce. Kyle regularly appears before the Supreme Courts of Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester Counties, as well as all New York City boroughs and numerous upstate counties. Kyle additionally handles Estate Litigation and Contested Accounting proceedings in various Surrogate’s Courts throughout New York.
