Kyle regularly appears before the Supreme Courts of Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester Counties, as well as all New York City boroughs and numerous upstate counties. Kyle additionally handles Estate Litigation and Contested Accounting proceedings in various Surrogate’s Courts throughout New York.
