Professional Experience

Joshua is Counsel in the FRB’s Probate & Administration of Trusts & Estates Practice Group. He handles all facets of probate and the administration and settlement of estates and trusts.

Joshua earned his law degree at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he was presented with the Citation of Excellence in Estate Planning. While attending law school, Joshua was the Senior Articles Editor of Hofstra’s Journal of International Business and Law and his student note, “The Palestinian Bid for Statehood: Its Repercussions for Business and Law”, was published in Volume 12.1 of same.

Prior to joining the Firm, Joshua was an Associate at a prominent boutique law firm on Long Island, specializing in estate planning, elder law, special needs, probate, and estate and trust administration.

Joshua was born and raised on Long Island, where he continues to reside with his wife, two children, and pet beagle. When he is not practicing law, he enjoys volunteering for various Parkinson’s disease efforts, cooking and rooting for his favorite sports teams.
