Professional Experience

Elysse M. Anderson, Esq. is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group. Elysse concentrates her practice on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including corporate governance, business formation and structuring, and general corporate advisory work.

Elysse previously interned with the Prince William County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office during the summer of 2019 and the Loudoun County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office during the summer of 2020, where she gained experience in criminal prosecution and trial preparation. She later joined FRB as an intern during the summer of 2023 until the spring of 2025, working closely with attorneys in the Corporate & Securities Practice Group. Post-grad, Elysse continues to work with the Corporate & Securities team, while also assisting the Real Estate and Taxation Practice Groups.
