Professional History

Jennifer is an Associate in the Corporate & Securities Practice Group at Falcon Rappaport & Berkman. Jennifer focuses on a broad range of corporate and business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and asset deals, and various other corporate matters. She is skilled in drafting corporate formation documents and transactional documents, performing due diligence, and preparing accompanying disclosures.

Prior to joining as an Associate, Jennifer served as a Law Clerk and Summer Associate at Shipkevich PLLC, where she assisted in analyzing federal and state financial regulations, particularly for clients dealing with regulatory compliance. Jennifer also gained judicial experience as an intern for the Honorable Philip M. Halpern at the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York. Before law school, she held an Associate Director role at The White House, managing policy coordination and supporting the Senior Advisor for Policy. Jennifer’s early experience includes legal intelligence work at the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office.

While at Hofstra Law, Jennifer served as a Research Editor for Volume 48 of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel Law Journal and received the Gold Public Service Award. Jennifer also held leadership role as Vice President of The Federalist Society.
