Vaughn C. Collopy, Esq. is an Associate in the Corporate & Securities Practice Group at Falcon Rappaport & Berkman (FRB). Vaughn’s legal practice focuses on a broad range of corporate and private securities transactions, including but not limited to business formation and structuring, domestic and cross-border transactions, mergers & acquisitions, private placements, joint ventures, corporate finance, and corporate compliance.

While in law school, Vaughn served as a member of Volume 41 of the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal and served the Nassau County community through the IRS’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (“VITA”) program hosted at Hofstra Law.

In addition to corporate and securities law matters, Vaughn’s practice also focuses on government contracts and data privacy matters, as well as transactional employment law matters.
