Professional Experience
Michael C. Liebler primarily represents banks and credit unions in residential and commercial real estate transactions and assists with matters involving loan origination and banking law. Michael also represents banks and credit unions in commercial litigation including banking law defense, real estate litigation, civil forfeiture, foreclosure, and collections. Prior to joining FRB, Michael was a judicial intern in the Nassau County District Court and worked as a litigator and transactional attorney at multiple Long Island law firms. Michael is a graduate of the Hofstra University School of Law and is admitted to practice in the Courts of the State of New York and New Jersey, and in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
