Professional Experience
Dan practices in FRB’s Taxation Group. He concentrates his practice in Taxation as it relates to all aspects of Large Businesses, International, State, and Local, Controversy, not-for-profit Tax-Exempt Organizations, and Regulated Substances. He advises clients regarding tax planning, structuring, and compliance. He serves as General Counsel to Native American tribal entities, Colleges, and not-for-profit Tax-Exempt Organizations. He also provides professional, collaborative guidance to accountants, attorneys, bankers, financial advisors, and insurance professionals facing sophisticated tax matters.
